REFUNDS

We want you to be 100% happy and satisfied with your purchase from FlashyDealsStore.com.  If you are not completely satisfied with your item we’ll gladly accept returns as long as your return is within the 30 day window from the date of purchase. Returns may take up to 14 days to receive and to process your return for a refund or exchange. Returns can be refused if the item is not in new condition,  has been altered in any way,  or has been worn or washed. Bra's and underwear's and Swim Trunks can not be returned or exchanged. For all other returns or exchanges merchandise must be returned with the original receipt.  If an item or a package is returned to us the sender (FlashyDealsStore.com) and needs to be redelivered to the buyer then the buyer pays for reshipment. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all Refunds and Returns. To start the return process please use the “contact us” Link at the bottom of our website page and let us know what you purchased and you would like to return the item or items for a refund or exchange.  Returns for Domestic and International buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.  Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable and can not go towards your next purchase.  Return address will be provided once you contact us for a return.  In the United States USPS Postal Service is the Postal Carrier and can be found at https://www.usps.com/

 

EU Customers: Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party you nominate, receive the last item of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by starting a return or cancellation request through your account at https://account.flashydealsstore.com. If you checked out using a phone number only, please use the link in your SMS order confirmation to submit your request.

Once you have notified us, you must return the items within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We will refund your payment, including the cost of standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving your return. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods.

Please note that the right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, such as sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once opened, or custom-made items.
